Possible Mitchell inker credit per original art seen in Comic Art Gallery, which has an "M" near Brother Voodoo's foot:
http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=909985&GSub=44510
The inks may be the work of Steve Mitchell, who inked Kane in Marvel Team-Up #4. The inking here looks more detailed and different than other Giordano inked covers. Mitchell was Giordano's assistant for a time and worked for Continuity, so this may either be an all Mitchell ink job (the inking does look similar to his work on Marvel Team-Up) or Mitchell assisting Giordano.
