Synopsis
Tracy and Sam identify the hit-and-run vehicle. Meanwhile, Mousey has an argument with Papa and goes out alone to steal a mink coat. In anger, Papa accidentally releases Mousey's rats. He manages to catch most of them and put them in a pillowcase. After he enters a cab, the rats gnaw their way out and cause the cab drive to lose control and run off the pier. Mousey is almost caught and returns to her apartment. Tracy and Sam locate Mousey's apartment, and she panics. She hides a in truck full of dogs. She hijacks the truck and flees. She later ditches the truck and flees into the woods.

Synopsis
While searching for Mousey, Tracy and Sam find B. O. Plenty hiding in a cave in the woods. His family is happy to be re-united with him. Mousey takes refuge in a pet store and is spotted by Jimmy McKitchen, the boy she hit a few days earlier. Jimmy identifies Mousey, and Tracy and Sam take her to jail.
