Synopsis
Tracy and Sam follow a lead and find Susie Zonn, daughter of Odds Zonn, in a daycare. Discovering that Susie was abandoned there by her parents, Tracy arranges for the little girl to live with the Plentys until her parents can be found. When the children are put to bed, B. O. discovers that Susie glows in the dark.

Synopsis
An over-eager watchmen delays Tracy long enough to allow Odds Zonn to escape, but Tracy manages to capture John-the-Barber. Sam Catchem uses a geiger counter and determines why Little Wings (Susie Zonn) glows in the dark. Tracy uses Mrs. Alton to test the lie detector ad police headquarters. Odds Zonn remains at large.
