Synopsis:
Mumbles and his gang use a stolen car to escape the police. The owner of the car, Kiss Andtel, reports the stolen vehicle to Tracy and also gives him the background on Mumbles. Mumbles and his gang take refuge in a boarding house, where they plan their next caper.
