Reprint of Batman #497, Bane breaks Batman's back. In addition to #497 on the cover, there is also a #1 on the lower left of the cover, but the #1 is not shown in the indicia.

The original printing of this issue had story pages 20 and 21 printed out of order. DC sent out replacement copies to all retailers free of charge that were available on Nov. 6 2019.
