Synopsis

The Justice League, Justice Society, Justice Legion A, and Kamandi, who have failed to stop Doom from rising, gather at the Hall of Justice but seemingly have no options to stop Perpetua. Heroes from across the Multiverse despair at the rise of Doom. Perpetua uses her new power to travel to Earth 19, which she wipes from existence. Meanwhile, Shayne and a wounded Hawkgirl try to escape the Promethean Galaxy, but they are pursued by Lex Luthor.
