Synopsis
Clark begins to work in the crime unit of Metropolis, just in time for a bomb call. Superman arrives too late to stop the bomb and a surgeon who is trying to take the bomb as far out of harm's way as possible is caught in the blast. As a result from the explosion, the surgeon obtains strange powers and thinks that Superman is responsible for the accident.
