Synopsis
Scooby and the gang are summoned to Central City by Flash's Rogues, who are being menaced by the ghost of the Top. Fred deduces that Abra Kadabra is pretending to be the ghost so that he can scoop up the loot stolen by the Rogues, but it takes two Flashes to rescue Fred and his friends from the Rogues.
