- Craig Robinson, holding a fearful Tam, shoots, and the ray destroys the Tolking officer's control box for the compeller bracelets. Bear Furry and Raccoon Furry stand behind him, as, in shadowy background, three more Tolkings bearing rifles descend the steps of their flying saucer.

The Chairman's gun backfires, transmutating him into The Chairman Chair. Spider-Man is saved, and The Policeman Chair is restored to The Policeman. - Synopsis
- Gaylord Du Bois pays homage to J .R .R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. Alien Tolking space crew thought it was hidden here; they crash and die: the Kingstone, a legendary gem, gives its owners strange powers! Ancient civilizations rose and fell! Just form a wish. Bear steals to get it, but dies. Craig gets it, learns its power, is dubious, but rational. The furries are superstitious, and fear it as evil. Tam uses it, to her sorrow. Craig tosses it, and it burns up. June wonders: it might have helped. Craig says it wasn't trustworthy. They are lost in space aboard Space Station One.
