Synopsis
High school student Debbie asks fellow student Bill to lie and say he’s taking her out, when Debbie is actually dating college student Hank. Bill warns her about Hank’s “pretty bad reputation” but Debbie won’t listen. She and Hank go to a nightclub and he makes a pass at her. When Debbie gets home, her parents blame Bill, who is suspended from the football team as a result. Debbie confesses to her parents and the coach and Bill is reinstated. Debbie will be Bill’s girl from now on.

Synopsis
Laurie overcomes her shy nature by asking Larry for a dance, and then turns into a flirt, dating many boys and living her “life wildly and furiously.” She still craves “true love and affection.” Laurie thinks Dan may be the one, then discovers he’s going to marry Susan. Because of Laurie’s reputation, he didn’t think she was serious about him anyway. Laurie learns “it’s just as wrong to be brash as it is to be shy!”

Synopsis
At the Academy Awards ceremony, sisters Sandra and Rena get in a fight. Rena turns down Dr. King’s offer of help, but several weeks later Rena shoots Sandra when she catches her with Mike, her boyfriend. Rena is arrested. Dr. King learns that Rena was jealous when Sandra was born, believing her younger sister was stealing all her parents’ love. Rena apologises to Sandra and Sandra drops the attempted murder charges. The sisters reconcile.
