Originally credited "Al Camy?", but not him. It must be Jim Phillips, as the art is very similar to his signed Black Witch stories in Zip Comics #24. Compare the rather short fingers, lines in ears and smiling faces. He is credited on this feature by Jerry Bails' Who's Who.
