Synopsis
Barry's exposure to the negative speed force has altered his powers and his speed now has dangerous side effects, as Flash discovers as he battles the high speed motorcycle gang the Road Reapers. Director Singh assigns Barry and Kristen to work with detectives Burns and Morrow to investigate the disappearance of evidence from the CCPD crime lab.
