Synopsis
Warlock tracks down a sinister villain who is experimenting with the transmode virus for evil purposes and finds that his main test subject is a girl who can pass on the phalanx infection by touch alone. The two escape from Mainspring's base but the Psi-Cops are still waiting in the wings to take them down.
