Published by Archie Comics as Archie Meets the Punisher and by Marvel Comics as The Punisher Meets Archie.
Both had same content but different covers, Marvel cover was a cardboard Die-Cut version and the Archie cover was a standard glossy. On sale date from Jughead's Double Digest (Archie, 1989 series) #25.
