Synopsis
On Amnesty Island, Aquaman is surprised to encounter Tristram Maurer, who was believed to have died two hundred years prior. Aquaman tries to determine what Maurer's connection is to the sea beast who attacked the island. Mera and her Atlantean forces arrive, searching for whomever attacked an Atlantean landmark. As Mera and Aquaman are about to meet for the first time since Arthur's "death", Black Manta strikes.

Synopsis
With Black Manta attacking Amnesty Bay using Mecha Manta, and with Aquaman knocked out of the fight, Mera defends the town using her Aquakinesis. When Arthur recovers, he teams with Maurer's sea monster form to attack Manta and Mecha Manta, but it takes the combined aquatic powers of Aqualad and Mera to turn the tide.

Synopsis
Following the battle at Amnesty Bay, Mera has collapsed from the strain of using her aquakinesis to defeat Mecha Manta. Aquaman rushes her to Atlantis for treatment, where a group of concerned acquaintances gather. They learn that Mera is in a coma until her body repairs itself, but Aquaman is surprised to learn he has become a father, as his and Mera's daughter has been born prematurely but healthy.
