Synopsis: Opens in Pineville, PA, 1945. Dejah and Marohk are in a theatre while Llana and Clyde try to fix a car. Some G-men show up and attack Dejah only to be mind controlled by Marohk. Clyde and Llana battle the G-men. Meanwhile WWII soldiers surround the theatre. Llana attacks the soldiers, and with the help of Marohk's mind control, defeats them. They make their escape and go to the Carter estate and meet Edgar Rice Burroughs who invites them in and they come head on into the Therns.
