- Synopsis
- With the Red Skull previously having switched bodies with Captain America, the Skull uses the Cosmic Cube to send Cap to the tropical island home of the Exiles. There Cap encounters a falconer from Harlem who had been hired by the Exiles but who is now attempting to help the island natives kick the Exiles from their home. Cap joins forces with the falconer who, with Cap's urging, dons a costume and takes the name the Falcon.

The Skull uses the Cube to toy with Cap and the Falcon during their battle. Elsewhere, MODOK activates his newly-created Catholite Block to disrupt the power of the Cosmic Cube. The Red Skull uses the remaining power of the Cube to disappear.

The Maggia was hoping to use the Diamond Heads to cause so much trouble that they could easily take over Harlem.

Cap and the Falcon defeat the Bulldozer and Modok. After the battle, Cap takes on the Falcon as his partner.
