Indexer Notes

In the preceding text article, "He Always Was a Sucker for Platinum Blondes!", Roger Stern explains the backstory of the creation ROG-2000. John Byrne had sent in a spot illustration of this new unnamed character just in time for inclusion in issue #7. Bob Layton named him ROG-2000 after Roger Stern and Roger Slifer. The spot illos continued, leading to the first full story in this issue. However, by the time this issue was published, a second ROG-2000 story had already appeared as a back-up feature in E-Man (Charlton, 1973 series) #6. This story leads directly into that story in E-Man #6.
