Synopsis

The Chief has succeeded in removing Madame Rouge's hatred of the Doom Patrol, but The Brain warns the heroes of an imminent menace. The team must battle Videx, a scientist who has gained control over light rays and who hopes to join the Brotherhood of Evil.
