Synopsis
Xavier, Magneto and the Genoshan mutants begin to rebuild the ravaged city of Hammer Bay. Needing all the help they can get, Xavier even recruits their prisoners including the pirates Stripmine and Appraiser, the Genoshan Magistrates and even the Dark Beast himself. Magneto learns of the devastation going on at Avengers mansion and flies off to rescue the Scarlet Witch whom he brings back to Genosha with him.
