Indexer Notes

Inks and letters credits from Mark Evanier via the GCD Error Tracker. Ted Watson suggests Jerry Grandenetti letters through comparison with lettering in #6 which said to be by Jerry Grandenetti, but this is denied by Evanier. Evanier says some, but not all lettering is by Oda and none by Grandenetti.

Page 9 is a 2/3-page.

Indexer Notes

The Spectre becomes a minor character in his own book. This represents a re-thinking of the direction that was indicated in the previous issue. The Spectre serves as little more than narrator in this story and the following ones.
