Indexer Notes

Cover art credits per list Fred Ray gave to Jack Burnley and subsequently printed in Alter Ego #25 (June 2003). Ray was able to make such verifications of all of his work because he, like Jack Burnley, tore off and kept the covers of every comic magazine for which he did the cover art. We previously credited Ray with only layouts and Robinson with finishes, as in Batman: The Dark Knight Archives (DC, 1992 series) #3 (August 2000). Jerry Robinson claimed to Arnie Grieves on June 17, 2007, that he, in fact, penciled and inked the cover.
