Frank Kramer is credited to Ziff-Davis' "Wild Boy" for 1951-53 by Jerry Bails' Who's Who, and he is the only artist not found sample art of, so it has to be his work here. He is found in several "Wild Boy" stories. The other artists seem to be acccounted for. Vadebonceur has him as the best guess.
