Synopsis
With Batman's approval, Gordon decides to accept Cressida's offer to travel to Belize to track down the Joker, but he fails to mention that Cressida has offered Gordon 25 million dollars to kill the Joker, a fact that he confides in with Barbara. In Belize, the Joker prepares for an attack, while elsewhere several different parties plan their own revenge on the Joker.
