After several insults and implications that he and Gloria aren't good enough for the people of Snobsdale, Richie leaves with the desire to take the townspeople down a notch or two. Richie then learns that his ancestor was granted the land in 1710 by the Snobsdale Indians and that the land was deeded to Richie when he was a baby. He then outrages the Snobsdale citizens by giving the land back to the Indians.
