Synopsis
As Buzz is walking through the slums, he sees some boys being robbed by some thugs. Buzz steps in and stops them, then they all follow the crooks to their lair, where they come face to face with Black Satan, who plans to spread terror throughout America. He intends to start with a kidnapping racket and Tommy is his intended target because of his marvelous inventions.
