Synopsis
In Harlem, the Falcon is on the run after being framed for killing a member of the Diamond Heads, an anti-white hate group. Captain America and the Falcon defeat Diamond Head, the leader of the group, and find out that he is Rocky the Lynx, one of the Maggia's top lieutenants. The Maggia was hoping to use the Diamond Heads to cause so much trouble that they could easily take over Harlem.
