Synopsis
Bulldog Denny's friend, a scientist named Jules, demonstrates a formula which will turn a subject from savage to peaceful. Bulldog and Jules give it to Frankenstein, who repents his evil ways. During a mission to save the lives of a train-full of people, Frankenstein takes a blow to the head, which undoes the transformation. He kills Jules, who had never recorded the secret formula of his invention.
