Synopsis
Odin tells Thor of the menace of Infinity, which is so immense that Odin himself goes on the mission to halt it, leaving Thor to defend Asgard. Loki, seeing Odin’s departure, gathers an army and attacks Asgard (again!) Having repelled the invaders, Thor has a vision of Odin in peril and prepares to follow his father to The World Beyond.

Pages 12 and 13 of the story were only half pages (per Michel Faber, June 10, 2006).

According to George Olshevsky's Thor Index Bill Everett inked portions of page 2 and 17-19. Nick Caputo agrees but notes Everett inked all of page 2. John Romita redrew Sif on pages 18-20.
