Synopsis
The arch criminal The Onion has escaped from prison and is using pills that are used to expel his breath so he could commit robbery. But Richie defeats the fugitive's scheme by switching pills, and after the fugitive takes what he thinks are his onion pills, women - and dogs - are attracted to the smell, and they chase the culprit, causing him to surrender to the police.
