Synopsis
Professor Keenbean has invented a flashlight-like device that shrinks objects. Two prospective kidnappers pilfer the device and shrink Richie and Reggie to a very small size, for the purpose of kidnapping them. Later, when the kidnappers try to bypass two police officers, they shrink them too, and successfully escape!

They use the device to make the kids giant size for the purpose of capturing the kidnappers and delivering them by hand to the police.
