Synopsis
A clever Nazi spy learns of a scientist's invention that can bring the dead back to life and kills the man who invented it so he can secure the machine to bring great villains from the past back to life. Bud dons a costume for the first time [Bud says to himself: "Guess I'm The American Eaglet Now, Huh?"] to help his mentor battle for his life!
