From Shaun Clancy's Comics History Exchange Group on Facebook (retrieved 24 Sep 2014), hidden messages indicate Matt Baker on pencils and Ray Osrin on inks: "...Ray includes a few hidden messages...in panel 3 you'll see Matt Baker's canary yellow car with MB-1170 and in the 4th panel.....Osrin and Baker Insurance signage on the building wall."
