Indexer Notes

Although Williamson signs on page one, the signature 'A. Berto Williams' on the final page reveals that (as usual) he had one or more collaborators. Krenkel and Torres are likely, Ralph Mayo less so. I want to see Frank Frazetta in some panels (especially on page four), but I'm not certain.
