Synopsis:
Elvira is on location in Mexico for her TV show "Movie Macabre" when locals tells her "The Legend of El Vira", a mysterious woman in black that appeared in 1973 during the Mexico/Japan wars. Elvira is soon mistaken for the legendary El Vira and is chased by townspeople. Elvira goes into hiding and soon comes face to face to face with the Mexican El Vira.
