Elvira, Skull Nakano and Vladia go motorcycling across the Nevada desert when they reach a town where all the citizens have been zombified due to strange TV broadcasts. Elvira and Skull discover an underground secret organization (W.H.I.S.P.E.R.) that control the broadcasts with a huge satellite dish. Elvira and Skull battle members of the secret society and escape. When joined again by Vladia, they steal a W.H.I.S.P.E.R. tank and shoot down a flying zeppelin that crashes into the TV dish and destroys it.
