Synopsis
Karl Koaltax, the Night Stalker, is sent by the editor of the World Weekly Blab to investigate unusual happenings. He sees Elvira playing beach volleyball with a sea monster, but his editor doesn't believe it. Koaltax meets Elvira again when she presents nineteenth century galleon retrieved from the ocean floor. But its full of pirate zombies and sea monsters. They escape following a foot print trail to the office of Arch Pedal, who is actually Bigfoot. He shows them a secret lab that explodes causing rivers of oil to run in the streets. Elvira takes advantage of this by going surfing.
