Synopsis
Joe Pi discovers that the drug-like software comes from Project JOOTS, where scientists investigate superspace and its relationship to the multiverse. Dr. Qubit the commissioner tells the Top 10 delegation that the entire multiverse is in danger from the Hell Ditch Pilgrim, as the apparition is now called. Learning of a planned attack by the Derridadaists, Kemlo leads many of his remaining officers to a baseball game, where the crowd is attacked by giant bats, led by women flying personalized Batwing vehicles.
