Synopsis
Jeanie gets her boyfriend, Jeff, to be the judge for her group's swimsuit contest. If Jeff doesn't crown Jeanie the winner, she won't speak to him, but if he doesn't choose another contestant, Cynthia, then that girl's imposing boyfriend will beat Jeff up. Things are complicated further when Little Lizzy and Stingy show up and guilt Jeff into allowing the little girl to enter the contest despite her being much too young.
