Month is from cover. Copyright date in indicia is 1948, but since the American comic was published in October 1948, this must be from early 1949.
Unknown if contents match contents of American comic that the cover is reprinted from, but possibly they do, since both issues contain 36 pages and the story on the back cover (about Donald testing the worm holes in a piece of antique furniture) match.
