As noted inside, the story takes place after the Dr. Strange feature at the end.
Strange invokes the Hosts of Hoggoth, the Vishanti, the Omnipotent Oshtur, the Vipers of Valtorr, the Demons of Denak, the Supreme Satannish.
This story establishes the Hulk's ability to see astral forms.
