Synopsis
Enid’s fiancé Charlie doesn’t show up at the church for their wedding, and she learns he was seen leaving town with another woman. Enid starts dating Jack, and refuses to take Charlie’s calls or read his letters. Charlie shows up to explain; the “other woman” was his sister Jean, and they had to go home for an emergency. Enid apologizes and will now marry Charlie.

Synopsis

Viola discovers Lois’s boyfriend Jimmy was killed in a holdup, and she is wanted for questioning. Viola insists Lois stop seeing Tim. However, Tim and Lois go to the police and she is cleared of any charges. Lois and Tim will wed.

Synopsis
Pianist Paula is hired to accompany concert violinist David, over the objections of David’s manager Sydelle. Paula and David fall in love, but Sydelle convinces Paula that marriage will ruin his career. Paula returns to performing in nightclubs, but when she attends one of David’s concerts she sees his heart isn’t in his music. They reconcile and David regains his artistry.

Synopsis
Nell is a diner waitress who is popular with her truck driver customers. She and Mike are saving money for their wedding. When upper-class Martin and Stella eat at the diner, Stella acts snobbishly towards Nell, so Nell decides to romance Martin out of spite. Stella is shocked to see Nell kissing Martin, but Mike also witnesses this. However, Mike has faith in Nell and she apologizes for her actions.
