Synopsis
When Ted abandons his engagement for another woman, Marcia hardens her heart and throws herself into her career as a copywriter. She keeps men at a distance by telling them she is engaged. Then she meets Dan and falls for him. Suddenly he disappears and she fears it is like Ted's deceit again. When Dan finally returns, all becomes clear—he's heard she's to be married and thinks he is just being used to get an advertising account. The confusion is cleared up and they agree to marry.
