Synopsis:
Marcia’s beautiful face allows her to captivate men, whom she then discards without a thought. She takes up with Steve, even though his girlfriend Amy begs Marcia to leave him alone. Marcia is attracted to Larry but he rejects her despite her beauty: “there’s an ugliness inside you.” Steve proposes marriage to Marcia and, realising she actually loves him, she accepts. However, Marcia learns Amy tried to commit suicide as a result. Steve reconciles with his former girlfriend. Marcia learns humility and vows to change her life, and Larry decides he can marry her now.

Synopsis:
Student librarian Winnie has a crush on athlete Alex, and is asked to tutor him in history. He passes the test and is eligible to play in the big game, and Winnie thinks her usefulness is now at an end. However, she recommends a classic football play to the coach that allows Alex to score the winning touchdown. Afterwards, Alex confesses he loves her.

Synopsis:
Mawanah, whose father is white and whose mother is a Cherokee, rescues Mark when his horse falls in the forest. They become friends and Mark kisses her, then hesitates because of her mixed-race heritage. He decides he loves her anyway and proposes marriage, but then vanishes. Mawanah thinks he’s deserted her, but Mark returns and—after defending her from some racist louts in town—says he merely went to the city to find an apartment for them. The wedding is on!
