Captain Academia and Hollowpoint are visiting from The City in order to help the Japanese government. The Tick meets up with Paul and has a conversation with his dead grandfather and a drink with his mother. Then the duo run across Academia and Hollowpoint and beat on them. They decide to team up to face Gomorra. But Sagin is the real villain behind the scenes as he uses the distractions facing our heroes to teleport to The City.
