Synopsis
A black cloud emits energy which turns the Galaxy building into negative. Clark Kent changes into Superman, and follows the black cloud back to the abandoned Metropolis Prison Island, where he meets its owner, Neutron. Neutron attacks Superman, who defeats Neutron and then returns to the Galaxy building with only five seconds left to remove the negative energy before it explodes. He does so, and carts Neutron off to jail.
