Original indexer credited Tony Mortellaro. Jeff Clem, via the GCD Error Tracker (Error 3904) suggests Frank Giacoia as a possible inker (2010-05-27). Nick Caputo originally credited Dan Adkins, but after a closer examination agrees with Jeff that Giacoia is the inker.
