Indexer Notes

(1) Letterer credit per Mark Evanier in the Archives edition. Mark Evanier states in the Archive edition that Alex Kotzky appears to have assisted Crandall on his early Blackhawk stories. The Who's Who lists Kotzky as a Blackhawk artist from 1942-44/47.
(2) Chuck is revealed to be from Texas.
(3) One scene erroneously says Hendrickson is flying a plane when he is also shown on the ground at the same time.
