Indexer Notes

Originally credited only to Gil Kane.
Gil Kane and Pen Shumaker are credited by Jerry Bails' Who's Who as working as a team under the pen name "Pen Star". When comparing the story in issue #41, signed only by Kane, the inking, especially on faces, is very different, while figures and layout are similar, so he must have done pencils and Shumaker the inking.
