Continued in issue #21. Splash by Walt Simonson, credited in Archie Goodwin's editorial. Goodwin explained that "Kingdom On an Island of the Apes" was originally intended for a POTA Annual. When that tile was cancelled Goodwin decided to publish the story in POTA in two parts necessitating an additional page.
